Welcome to Above It All. This stunning log home is located in Stonecrest, a gated development where you can enjoy walking along the quiet, paved roads and taking in breathtaking views. This newly constructed home features a sophisticated design with modern elements. It also has expansive views that are perfect for watching beautiful sunrises and sundowns. This is a quiet neighborhood. No parties or events are permitted.

So nice family gatherings!Above It All is the perfect family vacation home with its open floor plan, three levels and spacious living area. This home can comfortably sleep up to six people with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open loft that includes a futon sofa.

Two entry points on the main floor lead to the large wrap-around deck, which is ideal for taking in the fresh mountain air. The kitchen, which features designer elements, is also on the first floor. It opens up to the dining area, where you can enjoy the rustic and modern charm of the home. The classic wood-burning fireplace between the living room and kitchen will warm your home and lift your spirits in the cold winter months. On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a stylish white bathroom. This bathroom can be accessed from the kitchen.

The loft area is ideal for guests who need a place to work while on vacation! You will notice that the metal balusters line the staircase as you ascend to the upper level of the home. This design element blends perfectly with the home’s chimney and rustic yet modern feel. The mid-century furniture and the view through the window above the desk will inspire and give you a feeling of well-being, even if you wish to leave your work behind. The futon is available for relaxing and chatting with others while you work. WiFi is only available for limited purposes. It is not suitable for downloading or streaming large files, but is more appropriate for checking email and other necessities. This level also has a beautiful master bedroom that gets morning sun! This room is designed to comfortably accommodate one or two people. It features a queen-sized bed, a walk in closet, and a jetted bathtub for one person.

Enjoy time with your family in the entertainment room! Above It All's lower level is where you can spend time with your family playing games and watching films. Here you will find a small couch, a television and a ping pong table. Grab some snacks and start the fun. Or, you can use the exterior door to take a short stroll around the property and find a small but well-maintained fire pit area, perfect for s’mores and telling campfire stories. Enjoy the sounds and sights of nature while taking in the breathtaking views. Here you can see deer, turkeys, birds and even the occasional bear! The third bedroom, located on the lower floor, has a full-sized mattress, a bathroom attached, and a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.

You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the summer breezes from the porch overlook. This mountain home will make for a wonderful weekend getaway or vacation with your family, no matter what the season.

AREA WIDE NOTE: Lake Lure is undergoing a drawdown beginning January 1, 2024 and lasting through the first quarter (March 31, 2024). The lake will be lowered approximately 1 foot per a day until it reaches 12 feet. During this time, infrastructure maintenance, dredging and dam projects will be accelerated. These efforts by the town of Lake Lure could affect the access to the lake or restrict any lake use. Click here for more information. The lake is expected to return to normal levels in mid-late April. We understand that this is an inconvenience but it allows you to enjoy Lake Lure's full beauty during the holiday season and fall. This will not affect smaller lakes in the region, only Lake Lure.

All of our vacation rentals are smoke-free. Parking for two vehicles only. Parking is not allowed on the street. Check-in is at 4:00 pm local time, or any time after. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. local or earlier.
