Blue Ridge Sunrise is a beautiful mountain home that features private suites, high-speed Internet, a firepit, resort amenities, proximity of additional activities, and a PRIVATE HEATED TUB. The views are beautiful and can be enjoyed from all rooms. Sunrises and sunsets are both spectacular. You also have access to Rumbling Bald Resort amenities.

You won't even have to leave your resort! If you choose to leave the resort, the Lake Lure/Chimney rock area and nearby communities offer a variety of additional activities. Blue Ridge Sunrise is a magazine-worthy home that will make you and your friends or family (but no pets) enjoy your stay. This home is located 10.5 miles from the Beach at Lake Lure. It's also 11.5 miles from Chimney Rock State park and 20.3 miles away from the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

Great Gathering and Entertainment Spaces

This beautiful resort house has 3 bedrooms, each with deck access, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, and can comfortably sleep 8 people (the occupancy is 10 and there are comfortable couches). The open floor plan makes it ideal for a large family or a group of 3 couples.

The home offers plenty of space for gatherings, as well as private areas. The loft area above the main living space has a large sundeck, a 55-inch television, a comfortable couch and an oversized lounge chair and ottoman.

The kitchen is ideal for gatherings with a large island with granite top, custom cabinetry and a 24-inch TV for morning news and coffee. The dining table can seat six people, and there are additional seats at the kitchen counter. You can cook with your family or friends in the gourmet kitchen. Or, you can grill on the patio under the stars. (The gas grill is located near the back entrance for easy cooking near the kitchen).

The lower-level entertainment area has a ping-pong table, a foosball, darts table, a mini-fridge and a leather sectional sofa that faces an entertainment center with 50" TV, Xbox, DVD player and more. Relax on the deck and enjoy the sounds of nature while taking in the views. This house offers even more!

This home is perfect in every season. Dogwood trees and mountain laurel bloom in the spring. Visit during the summer, when the weather is almost always perfect. Autumn is a time of incredible color. Winter offers a broader view because there are no leaves on the trees.

AREA WIDE NOTE: Lake Lure is undergoing a drawdown beginning January 1, 2024 and lasting through the first quarter (March 31, 2024). The lake will be lowered approximately 1 foot a day until it reaches 12 feet. During this time, infrastructure maintenance, dredging and dam projects will be accelerated. These efforts by the town of Lake Lure could affect the access to the lake or restrict any lake use. Click here for more information. The lake is expected to return to normal levels in mid-late April. We understand that this is an inconvenience but it allows you to enjoy Lake Lure's full beauty during the holiday season and fall. This will not affect smaller lakes in the region, only Lake Lure.

All of our vacation rentals are smoke-free. Parking 2-3 vehicles. Check-in is at 4:00 pm local time, or any time after. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. local or earlier.
