This beautiful, perfectly appointed house offers breathtaking views from almost every room, ensuring that guests are awed throughout their stay. This four-bedroom home with three bathrooms is bright, airy, and light. It has an open floorplan and wall-towall picture windows that invite breathtaking mountainscapes inside. You'll feel at home as soon as you enter this home with its many updates, tasteful but comfortable furnishings, and pleasing decor. Hearthstone House has a large, modernized kitchen with a cozy bench seat in a windowed nook. Guests can enjoy wine and coffee in the evening, while enjoying the view and chatting to the chef. This kitchen may have some people vying to be the chef! The large gas-cooktop, oversized kitchen island, double oven and microwave, as well as the built-in double-oven, will inspire and impress anyone who loves cooking. The kitchen and dining area can accommodate a large number of guests and family members. Both rooms offer the incredible views that are so prominent at Hearthstone House. A large deck and a four-season room overlook the beautiful inground pool (non heated, so intended for season use) and miles and miles of trees with a mountainous background. The fireplace in the spacious living room adds warmth and ambiance during cooler months. Hearthstone House can comfortably accommodate eight people in two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a room that has two twin beds. Hearthstone is located 16 miles from Lake Adger and 20 miles from Lake Lure. It's also only 3 miles away from the Palmetto Trail in Blue Wall Passage. Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville are all less than an hour away. Historic Landrum offers a variety of shops, historical sites and restaurants that will satisfy all tastes and budgets. AREA WIDE NOTE: Lake Lure is undergoing a drawdown beginning January 1, 2024 and lasting through the first quarter (March 31, 2024). The lake will be lowered approximately 1 foot per a day until it reaches 12 feet. During this time, infrastructure maintenance, dredging and dam projects will be accelerated. These efforts by the town of Lake Lure could affect the access to the lake or restrict any lake use. Click here for more information. The lake is expected to return to normal levels in mid-late April. We understand that this is an inconvenience but it allows you to enjoy Lake Lure's full beauty during the holiday season and fall. This will not affect smaller lakes in the region, only Lake Lure.

All of our vacation rentals are smoke-free. This home and property does not allow pets.

Parking for 3-4 vehicles. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. local or later. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. local or earlier.
