RUMBLING BALDS RESORT AMENITIES NEWLY UPDATED GAME ROOM INTERNET

Lazy Bear Lodge, a spacious log home for families, has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen with a gas fire place and vaulted ceiling. All bedrooms have new king size beds and are spacious. The lower level includes a second den, a third full bathroom, a laundry room, an open playroom, billiards table, card tables and chairs, and games. The main living space is located on the first level. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a double oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, as well as pots, plates and cutlery. The dining table can seat 10 people, and the kitchen bar can seat four. (If more seats are required, there is an additional card table with 4 chairs in the basement under the stairs).

Bonus Loft Area:The spiral staircase and loft can be dangerous for children. Please be aware that some areas may need to either be blocked off or closely monitored. A standard gate will not fit ***). You can use a desk in the loft as a workspace.

Game Room in Finished Basement:The finished basement also has a second dean's area, a third full bathroom, laundry and access to the driveway and garages. In the closet under the staircase, guests can find several inner tubes/floats/boogieboards that they can use at the pool.

Garage Access:The garage remote is not available as the owners only have one. Guests can park their cars in the two garages for one car. However, the garage doors must be opened and closed using the control pad located at the garage entrance.

You won't even have to leave your resort! If you choose to do so, the Lake Lure/Chimney rock area and surrounding communities provide additional activities. For more information, please see the Amenities and Notes. Rock Spring Cabin is a great home for your family or friends. This home is located 10.5 miles from the Beach at Lake Lure. It's also 11.5 miles from Chimney Rock State park and 20.3 miles away from the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

The home offers both private and communal spaces. The loft area above the main living space is a perfect camping spot for children. The deck stretches the length of the back of the house, allowing you to relax and watch wildlife. The kitchen has plenty of solid surface counterspace and custom cabinetry, making it ideal for gatherings. The dining room table can seat 10 people, and there are additional seats at the kitchen counter. You can cook with your family or friends in the gourmet kitchen. Or, you can grill on the patio under the stars.

Perfect Getaway for Every SeasonThis home is perfect in every season! Dogwood trees and mountain laurel bloom in the spring. Visit during the summer, when the weather is almost always perfect. AREA WIDE NOTE: Lake Lure is undergoing a drawdown beginning January 1, 2024 and lasting through the first quarter (March 31, 2024). The lake will be lowered approximately 1 foot per a day until it reaches 12 feet. During this time, infrastructure maintenance, dredging and dam projects will be accelerated. These efforts by the town of Lake Lure could affect the access to the lake or restrict any lake use. Click here for more information. The lake is expected to return to normal levels in mid-late April. We understand that this is an inconvenience but it allows you to enjoy Lake Lure's full beauty during the holiday season and fall. This will not affect smaller lakes in the region, only Lake Lure.
