Loose Moose Lodge, a four bedroom, three bathroom lakefront home located on the south side on Lake Lure's main channel. Amazing views of the mountains, and the lake! This is an original cabin on the lake with a rustic lodge-like feel. Loose Moose Lodge offers a relaxing atmosphere on Lake Lure. Relax on one of the two back decks, which overlook the beautiful mountains and waters of Lake Lure.

The house is ideal for couples, families, and friends. You can enjoy swimming, sightseeing, sunbathing and more. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay at "Loose Moose Lodge."

This lakefront beauty can be found 1.4 miles from the Beach at Lake Lure. Chimney Rock State park is 5 miles away, and the Tryon International Equestrian Center is 18 miles.

AREA WIDE NOTE: Lake Lure is undergoing a drawdown beginning January 1, 2024 and lasting through the first quarter (March 31, 2024). The lake will be lowered approximately 1 foot a day until it reaches 12 feet. During this time, infrastructure maintenance, dredging and dam projects will be accelerated. These efforts by the town of Lake Lure could affect the access to the lake or restrict any lake use. Click here for more information. The lake is expected to return to normal levels in mid-late April. We understand that this is an inconvenience but it allows you to enjoy Lake Lure's full beauty during the holiday season and fall. This will not affect smaller lakes in the region, only Lake Lure.

No pets, no exceptionsAll of our vacation rentals are smoke-free. Parking for 1 -2 vehicles. Check-in is at 4:00 pm local time, or any time after. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. local or earlier.
