Noll House is within walking distance to the amenities of Rumbling Bald Resort. This affordable home will become the hub of your family's gatherings in WNC.

The main floor has high ceilings. There are three bedrooms (1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 with a queen-sized bed, and one large master bedroom). The living room has a large rotating television that can be viewed from the kitchen, dining room or living room. In the hallway, there is a full bathroom. A comfortable deck with a swing is located off the dining room.

The lower level has a bedroom that includes a full-size bed, a laundry room, a bathroom, and an awesome game room with air hockey and a pool table, all accompanied by a large flat screen TV.

You won't even need to leave the resort. If you decide to leave, the Lake Lure/Chimney rock area and nearby communities offer additional activities. For more information, please see the Amenities and Notes. Blue Ridge Sunrise is a home that will make you and your friends and family (sorry no pets) feel like you are in a magazine. This home is 9.5 mile to the Beach at Lake Lure and 10.5 mile to Chimney rock State Park. It's also 19.3 miles from the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

Great Gathering and Entertaining Spaces This beautiful resort house has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep eight people. The open floor plan on two levels makes it ideal for families and couples traveling together.

The dining room table seats 8 people, and there are two additional chairs at the kitchen counter. You can cook with your family or friends in the functional kitchen or grill on the patio, screened porch or under the stars. The gas grill is located near the back door for easy cooking near to the kitchen.

The lower level entertainment room includes a pool-table and other amenities. Relax on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the nature while taking in the amazing views. This house offers even more!

Perfect Getaway for Every SeasonThis home is perfect in every season! Dogwood trees and mountain laurel bloom in the spring. Visit during the summer, when the weather is almost always perfect. Autumn is a time of incredible color. Winter offers a broader view because there are no leaves on the trees.

AREA WIDE NOTE: Lake Lure is undergoing a drawdown beginning January 1, 2024 and lasting through the first quarter (March 31, 2024). The lake will be lowered approximately 1 foot per a day until it reaches 12 feet. During this time, infrastructure maintenance, dredging and dam projects will be accelerated. These efforts by the town of Lake Lure could affect the access to the lake or restrict any lake use. Click here for more information. The lake is expected to return to normal levels in mid-late April. We understand that this is an inconvenience but it allows you to enjoy Lake Lure's full beauty during the holiday season and fall. This will not affect smaller lakes in the region, only Lake Lure.

No pets, no exceptionsAll of our vacation rentals are smoke-free. Parking up to 4 vehicles. Check-in is at 4:00 pm local time, or any time after. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. local or earlier.

Cancellation Policy - If you cancel your confirmed reservation 30 days or more before arrival, the cancellation fee is $0. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival, there will be no refund. Please note that we recommend buying travel insurance/trip disruption insurance to protect your investment in the event of an unexpected event.
