This unit doesn't disappoint, with access from both the master suite and great room through extra-large sliding doors, providing views of the park, the beach and endless ocean. The park has swings, game tables, grass play area and covered dune-side picnic area, all yours to enjoy right next door.
The beauty of this fourth-floor unit is the opportunity to watch the beach and ocean while seated inside, instead of only seeing just the horizon! This home is well maintained, very comfortable and nicely updated.
If you wanted, you could arrive and not have to get back into the car, as you can walk to the grocery store, restaurants, miniature golf, ice cream stands, arcades, post office, or beach shops. This property features, WiFi on the entire property. Located on some of the widest and best beaches the area has to offer. It is directly on the oceanfront with two elevators, fitness room, sauna, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, and outdoor pool. It’s private boardwalk takes you out over the dunes and onto the beach. There are bbq grills and picnic tables for great beachside ambiance.
This property does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles and ONLY allows 2 vehicles with parking permits always displayed (Towing is STRICTLY enforced). Pets of any kind, fireworks and smoking are prohibited. Minimum occupancy age for groups is 25 years (This does not apply to children accompanied by parents over 25)
