- Parking: The property provides parking permits for up to 4 vehicles only. Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not allowed.
- Fireworks & Laser Pointers: The discharge of fireworks and the use of laser pointers are strictly prohibited on the property.
- Age Requirement: This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years for all group bookings. If booking for a group of individuals, all persons must be 25 years or older. Families with children are exempt, but the parents must be over 25 years old.
- Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings.
- Elevator Notice: Please note that the property has only one elevator, which may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues, as there is a possibility it could be out of service during your stay.
