Lovely Victorian 1897 Victorian cottage 2 blocks to the beach, Hotel Galvez & spa. Walking distance to the Miller's Seawall Grill, Watermelon Hut and Island Bicycle Company. 2 Blocks west is 23rd Street Piano Bar.

Located in San Jac neighborhood this property has off street and street parking. Updated and remodeled kitchen & bathroom. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the main house. A lovely large enclosed sun porch which is the homes great room. We have an efficiency apartment with one bed and sleeper sofa, one full bath, especially a great outside deck. Lovely fenced in landscaped yard. Plentiful natural lighting from numerous windows. Other amenities include a claw foot tub, and updated 2nd bath w/ glass enclosure. * Pets are allowed but there is a pet fee of $25 dollars per pet.
* You will be responsible for damages or stolen items. You are not charged a deposit but if you damage or steal the owner can file a claim.
* Guest access is by a smart lock. You will be given a code 3 days prior to check in which will be good to access the property during your stay.
* The apartment in the backyard we consider our 4th bedroom and is included when you rent the home. This has its own small kitchen and bathroom with shower.
* We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. Please bring your own supplies if you anticipate you will need them.
* We provide one travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar soap in each bathroom, you may need to bring your own if you have a lot of people.
* Bath, hand and face towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
* Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Everything you need for cooking.
* I am available 24/7 for any questions
* Very quiet neighborhood for your vacation retreat.
* Walking distance to the beach/seawall blvd, Galvez Hotel and Spa. From seawall blvd catch the Galveston Island Trolley which will take you to all the activities the island has to offer.

You get the main house and the apartment in back when you rent. We consider that our 4th bedroom that happens to have a kitchen and full bath.
