Property Description

This home is in a fantastic location one block from the beach, you can see the ocean from the rooftop deck. One block from the beach, pleasure pier and restaurants and bars. Across the street is a city park all free for anyone to use, even guests. Tennis courts, dog park, skateboard park, playground, swings, splash pad for the kids, free gym with treadmills, stair climbers... basically almost everything, you would pay for having a gym. Indoor basketball and racquetball all at no charge and right across the street.

We charge a $25.00 dollar per pet fee.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. Please bring your own supplies if you anticipate you will need them.

We provide one travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar soap in each bathroom, you may need to bring your own if you have a lot of people.

You will be responsible for damages or stolen items. You are not charged a deposit but if you damage or steal the owner can file a claim.

Guest access is by a smart lock. You will be given a code 3 days prior to check in which will be good to access the property during your stay.

If you have any issues I am available to help. Neighborhood is quiet. Most weekends you will find people relaxing bringing their dogs to the park across the street. You will find fantastic restaurants you can walk to. We like to wake up in the morning and take a walk on the beach as the sun comes up and stop and eat breakfast on the seawall at the Gumbo Diner. They have the best chicken fried steak and eggs I have ever had. You will love it at Casa Sea Spell.

Once you get here you can walk to restaurants, entertainment and the beach, but most people have a car to drive to Moody Gardens, Water Park, The Strand are just far enough away you need a car.

Vacation Rental Policies

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00 % if cancellation occurs at least 20 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00 % if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.

We charge a $25.00 dollar per pet fee.

We allow tenants to be 18 years old but for all tenants regardless of age, we are not liable for underage drinking or use of illegal drugs on the premises. We expect tenants to follow all laws to their best ability while staying at our home.
