The Space
This spacious and inviting property is the perfect place for your next family or friend getaway. You’ll comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and enjoy a huge private backyard with a covered patio lounge, a pool, BBQ and a hot tub. The greatest place to be when you’re not at the beach!
Speaking of the beach, you’ll be just a quick 6-mile drive to Daytona Beach Shores, and for activity closer to home, head to The Pavilion at Port Orange, which is loaded with shops, restaurants, and a movie theater.
As for relaxing downtime moments, you'll find two separate living rooms. The main room features a comfy sofa that also can open to a double sofa bed if flexible sleeping space is needed. The second living room is as you enter, and it provides a wonderful quiet space to relax and recharge.
The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious and includes quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. There’s also a big breakfast bar with cushioned stool seating for quick snacks or to sit while doing meal prep. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen to enjoy meals together at the table that seats 10 comfortably. This also makes a comfy laptop workspace, if you must!
Enjoy the big back patio lounge. You can dine there, enjoy a beverage, or simply relax and soak up the sun. Looking to cool off, take a dip in the pool! Looking to unwind and relax, the hot tub is there for you!

It's a one-story home and easy access for all bedrooms! Bedroom 1, the primary bedroom, features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the back patio. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have plush queen-sized beds and share the full bathroom in the hall, which also has a door to the outdoor patio and pool area.
For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in the home available for your use.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
