<li>No Children allowed that can not fully swim on their own - No Exceptions</li>
<li>Dogs are welcome - there is a $50-$75 pet fee depending on the size of the dog.&nbsp; For any other pets please, contact the host first.&nbsp;</li>
<li>No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.</li>
<li>Guests under 25 should contact Host prior to booking for approval</li>
<li>No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance. Please be respectful of the neighbors.</li>
<li>No visitors are permitted to enter the pool area - this area is for registered guests only for liability reasons there are no exceptions to this.</li>
<li>No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.</li>
<li>Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.</li>
<li>Maximum Occupancy is 4 people and 2 vehicles.&nbsp; If you have more people or vehicles please contact me first - don&#39;t show up with additional people</li>
