- Dogs are welcome - there is a $50-$75 pet fee depending on the size of the dog. &nbsp;For any other pets please, contact the host first.&nbsp;<br />
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.<br />
- Guests under 25 should contact Host prior to booking for approval<br />
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance. Please be respectful of the neighbors.<br />
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.<br />
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.<br />
- Maximum Occupancy is 4 people and 2 vehicles. &nbsp;If you have more people or vehicles please contact me first - don&#39;t show up with additional people
