HOUSE RULES<br />
- No children allowed that can not fully swim on their own - No Exceptions<br />
-&nbsp;Dogs are welcome - there is a $50-$75 pet fee depending on the size of the dog. &nbsp;For any other pets please, contact the host first.&nbsp;<br />
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.<br />
- Guests under 25 should contact Host prior to booking for approval<br />
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance. Please be respectful of the neighbors.<br />
- No visitors are permitted to enter the pool area - this area is for registered guests only for liability reasons.&nbsp; There are no exceptions to this policy.<br />
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.<br />
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.<br />
- We have parking for up to 3 vehicles - if you have more than 3 please contact host before arrival.&nbsp;<br />
- Maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people - if you have a larger group contact me - we have multiple units available so we can combine them for larger groups! &nbsp;Please do not show up with extra guests (children count as guests). &nbsp;Any additional guests over 6 will be asked to leave and you may forfeit the remainder of your stay for the entire group.
