This cozy unit boasts a private side entrance and plenty of parking, making your stay hassle-free. Inside, you&#39;ll find a beautifully decorated space with all the comforts of home. Please note that the unit has lower ceilings, which may be a consideration for taller guests.<br />

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to -comply will incur a $500 penalty.<br />
- Guests under 25 should contact Host prior to booking for approval<br />
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance. Please be respectful of the neighbors.<br />
- No visitors are permitted to enter the pool area - this area is for registered guests only for liability reasons there are no exceptions to this.<br />
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.<br />
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.<br />
