The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction stove top (no oven), and the vaulted ceilings give the studio a very spacious feel. Small pets are welcome for an additional fee.<br />

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance. Please be respectful of the neighbors.<br />

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.<br />
