Terrace Point 11B is furnished in the typical style of a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home with each piece of furnishing carefully chosen for space. Go down an interior flight of stairs to this lower-level unit and be greeted with large windows and unique angled rooms. The well-stocked kitchen offers modern stainless steel appliances. Enjoy lake views from the living room and bedroom or sit back in the living room and enjoy the beautiful stone fireplace. This unique layout with a decorative wooden divider separating the bedroom and living room can allow for open concept living when open, or privacy when closed. Hidden away in the space between the living room and bedroom you will find the flat-screen TV for viewing from the living room. Many treasures abound in this unique condo vacation rental. Stairs Required: Located on the lower level, there is an interior set of stairs required to access the condo. Bedroom King Bed Bathroom Walk-In Shower and Sauna Area Information Whether your trip to the North Shores is for adventure or to relax, you will find plenty to do just a few miles away. Head up the shore to Grand Marais where you will find a variety of ma and pa shops and restaurants. Casually stroll along the harbor or take a hike out to Artist's Point and the Lighthouse. Or head down the shore to Cascade State Park for a short hike to a beautiful waterfall and then grab a bite to eat at the Cascade Restaurant. Lutsen Mountains is about a 15-minute drive away, so bring your skis and hit the slopes for a day (in the winter) or check out the Alpine Slide (in the summer)! Note: Terrace Point is committed to providing its guests with a smoke-free environment. No smoking is allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property. 7 days before arrival you will receive an email titled "Your Guestbooks Has Arrived" with a link that says "Log In Now!" which will bring you to the check-in detail that gives you all of the information you will need for your arrival, including rental information, directions, keypad or lockbox codes, WiFi information (if applicable), and a local area guide. **This information is not in Airbnb, you will need to access it through the link sent to your email.**

You will check in to your property directly, and will not need to interact with anyone. If you need anything during your stay please reach out to our office during regular business hours. We also offer an after-hours emergency phone line you can use in the event of after-hours maintenance issues which can be found in your check-in details.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at some homes with an additional pet fee. Not all homes are pet-friendly, please read the description of the property you are interested in to see if the home is pet-friendly. If it's not, there will not be a mention of pets anywhere on the property description. The maximum number of pets allowed in the home is 2. Pet owners must: pick up droppings, keep pet leashed when outside, keep the pet off of furniture and bedding, and must kennel the pet if the pet is left alone in the home. Guests staying in townhomes and condos may not leave pets unattended. Failure to follow the pet policy will result in a $250 fine charged to the card used to make your final payment. Parties found with pets without prior approval will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and will pay a $250 cleaning fee.
