Property Description

The Grandview Condominiums offer gorgeous views of the ocean in a beautiful, relaxing setting. The property features a fresh-water swimming pool, illuminated tennis court, whirlpool, and a beachfront gazebo. The complex is a deluxe beachfront property.

Each of these spacious 1, 2 or 3 bedroom units has a private balcony, a fully-equipped and modern kitchen, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary hi-speed internet access, and telephone.

Located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, the property has privacy, yet is ideally situated near a variety of restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of George Town's duty free shopping. The property's large nicely-manicured, sandy beach offers great snorkeling just off shore, with the pure white sand beach a short walk to the north.
