Property Description
This home is 3500 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. It is located in the desirable TigerTail Beach neighborhood at the end of a canal with beautiful water views. Two bedrooms have king beds, and both have en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has bunk beds with twin trundle beds, twin XL and a queen on the bottom. You can enjoy late night drinks by the water with the fire pit dining table and outdoor pingpong table. There are four lounge chairs made of Italian leather to enjoy the sun and a hammock that can be used by 2 to take a break or read a book. For family fun nights, there is a basketball hoops, bags game, as well as every board, card, and puzzle game you can think of. There are five bicycles and a cooler with wheels to take you to the beach. The breakfast bar features four large barstools and the kitchen has enough space for everyone. Both the kitchen and dining room tables can seat 8. Owner requires 14 day rental June-September
