Lanai includes a large swimming pool with a waterfall, walk-in steps, a deep-end sitting bench, and LED lighting. Lanai also includes a large table that sits 8-10 people, lounge chairs, and side tables. An outdoor grill is next to the pool with all grilling utensils included.
The oversized yard and Lanai are perfect for entertaining with a separate sitting deck, covered with a Tiki-Hut Style Roof. The family room of the house opens up to the Lanai with large glass sliders, expanding the family room and enabling you to watch TV from outside in the pool area. The kitchen has its own separate access to the Lanai, with all of the amenities you would need. The kitchen sitting area includes a table for 4, and 4 additional kitchen Bar-height chairs at the kitchen island extension. The front door is screened in to avoid any mosquitos, etc.
Custom LED lighting throughout including upper cove lighting in the family room, and glass block areas throughout – truly gives you ambient light throughout the residence.
Laundry Room includes a washer/dryer. The wine refrigerator is located in the dining room
