South Seas Club of Marco Island is a gated beachfront condo community on the Gulf of Mexico, with beautifully landscaped grounds and is the only beachfront and boating complex on Marco Island. Privately owned two bedroom two bathroom beachfront condo with a relaxing unobstructed longview of crescent beach all the way to Cape Marco, the Marco Island Skyline. Entrance to unit from inside the building, keeping you dry in inclement weather (unlike other units that only have access from outside the building).

Condo includes wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and everything you need to make your day at the beach seamless. Kitchen is fully stocked with the comforts of home as well.
