The top floor has a newly furnished dining area and living room with vaulted and natural lighting, as well as two pantries, granite countertops and stainless steel kitchen appliances. On the top floor, there is also a half-bath. Sea Dunes guests have two separate accesses to the beach that take less than three minutes. Escape OBX has beach chairs and coolers waiting for you! SeaDunes Townhomes is a great location, within walking distance of several top Outer Banks restaurants, including Black Pelican Restaurant, Hurricane Mo's Restaurant, Longboards Island Grille, Stackem' High Pancakes and I Got Your Crabs. The indoor clubhouse has a racquetball, air hockey, arcade, pool table, ping-pong, and showers. Outside, you'll find a tennis court, hot tub and community pool. The clubhouse, which includes a rec room, is open from mid-May to early October.
