Property Description

Private Luxury Retreat cliffside white water views with complete privacy. One acre on the ocean! Dew Point is an exclusive oceanfront contemporary Gualala home. Careful attention to design details and comfort is evident in every room. The roomy kitchen has a 10-burner gas range, granite counter tops and beautiful custom cabinetry. Multiple ovens including convection, a chef's sink, and fully equipped for all meal preparation needs. Pass-through windows make grilling and deck dining a breeze. And even from the kitchen you can't beat the ocean views.

Dew Point offers ample and gracious seating for dining or relaxing. The living room has plenty of seating, a gas fireplace and smart tv, and captivating views of the waves and rocky cliffs and soaring birds.

The primary main floor bedroom with an adjustable queen Saatva bed opens to the wind-screened oceanside deck and spa. The ensuite bathroom has an oversized steam shower.

The middle guest room has a king bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twins. The hall bathroom has a jetted tub and shower. Each bathroom includes bidet toilets with individual remote controls.

In the exclusive upper suite the king bed takes full advantage of the ocean views. Enjoy the unique roof deck for starry nights or relaxing above the waves. The ensuite master bathroom has a tub with ocean views as well as a shower.

Enjoy meals and downtime on the wind protected deck and enjoy the hot tub. There is seating around the outdoor gas fireplace. Depending on sun and wind, there are a few different outdoor seating locations to choose from. The charcoal BBQ is on the right side of the garage and may be used in the entry courtyard if so desired. Please do not use on the decks.

The garage has room for one vehicle and includes a Tesla charger.

The 3 night minimum will apply for all stays. Exceptions are major holidays which will have 4 night or longer minimum requirement. Stay a full week, pay for only 6 nights.
