Bedroom 2 features another king bed, offering a luxurious escape, while Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and a cozy sitting area, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a quiet moment of reflection. Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants.

This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee per pet of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.

Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
