The ground floor of this remarkable property offers an exceptional outdoor space of this property's ground floor. You'll find a covered patio with ample seating, an outdoor TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy various games like shuffleboard, ping pong, and pool, or relax in the heated pool with shallow seating and a basketball hoop.

The pool deck and backyard are landscaped with faux turf grass and beach sand, ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. ••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats. All pets need the property manager's approval before the reservation can be finalized.
