It features two cozy bedrooms: one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed, both linked by a shared bathroom. The open living area, bathed in natural light, includes a spacious lounge with a TV for entertainment. Adjacent to the living space, you'll find a dining table that comfortably seats six, making it ideal for family meals and gatherings.

For convenience, there is plenty of parking with space for four or more vehicles and designated boat trailer parking. Relax by the pool on the numerous lounge chairs, or gather around the picnic table and chairs for meals and socializing surrounded by the lushly landscaped backyard which provides a tropical feel to your time spent outdoors. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
