3 couples stayed in the lovely home while we rode the trails around the lead area on side by sides. There was enough parking for the 3 trucks plus 3 trailers and our 3 side by sides. Plenty of room to spread out. Each couple took a floor so we had our own bathrooms. The view from the balcony off the kitchen was spectacular.

We have been coming to the Black Hills area for years with frends to ride the trails. This home is very comfortable with lots of seating for a larger group. We had 3 couples, and we each got a floor with bathrooms!
It was easy to find, the GPS tooks us right to the house. Parking for 3 trucks 3 trailers and 3 side by sides worked great!
The reviews about the beds still exist, they are very soft so maybe it's time for new ones.
We all had a great time! And the views of the colors on the trees this time of year were amazing.
