Great location. Trails right down the street, grocery store at the bottom of the hill super convenient. Lots to do and very close by. Plan on visits from the local deer. Views are incredible.

Overall, our trip to the Black Hills and the stay in Lead was amazing and this property was perfect for us overall. The only downside was no central air, and it was over 100 degrees the first night we stayed. There are individual units in each bedroom, but it was so hot, they weren't working properly and the noise of the units (overworking themselves) and the stuffiness of the heat made for some rough sleeping. It got better as the week went on, and we did love everything else. Very nice, clean, great amenities and perfect location.

We had a wonderful time staying here! My husband, sister-in-law, and I came here to do some UTV riding. The space was perfect for the three of us! There was a good amount of parking between the driveway and street. Very responsive to the questions we had and overall great stay!
Everything was fantastic. Stayed for an entire week!
