This remarkable brand new three-story, seven-bedroom vacation home is wonderfully located in the newest luxury residences of "The Retreat at Miramar"!  Relax in exquisite luxury at 3000 sq ft, providing spacious accommodations for 18 guests.  The Retreat at Miramar offers a one-of-a-kind outdoor experience in the Miramar Beach area. The Nautical Village-themed Pool and Pavilion is over 90 feet long. The Clubhouse offers lots of space for outdoor cooking, relaxing, sunbathing, watching television, or reading a book.  The fishing pond and boardwalk allow for lots of family fun outdoors. The golf cart-friendly neighborhood also allows for a quick and convenient ride to the beach and our area's biggest Public Beach Access point.

Family Tide offers an open living concept with plenty of space to roam and relax. The kitchen makes cooking fun with an industrial size fridge, top of the line appliances, a long center gathering granite table with plenty of seating for the whole family. Great for large gatherings and events. Custom decorated with luxury furnishings and beachy accent pieces.  The laundry room and half bathroom are on the first floor for our guests' convenience.  Perfect for those days when you are poolside and need a quick drink or an extra towel.  This home is just steps from the pool, which makes it easy!   Hang out in the living area and watch all your favorite shows and movies.  This home is second to the end of the street, making it private with lake and pool views!!!

On the second floor, you will find a King Master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, two Twin Bunk beds (open concept), a Sofa Sleeper in the living area, and a King Master with an en suite bathroom that faces the pool.  Beautiful views from the balcony make this home perfect!  The salty air rolls in through the large sliding glass doors when open, and the curtains provide evening privacy.

Up to the third floor, you will find another living area with a nook (no door) and one set of twin bunk beds for those kids who don't need total privacy but need a space to relax. On this floor, we also have two King master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.  Freshly decorated and luxury furnishings make you want to sleep all day, but wait no time for naps; a lot is happening outside!!  With balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors and ample seating, you will enjoy amazing pool and lake views from all angles. Feel the breeze during your stay, enjoy a nightcap, and watch the magic happen at night when the lights light up!

Just steps to the Community Pool area, Guests will have a blast in the resort-style pool, large grilling area with Green Egg grills, and abundant luxury seating throughout the outdoor areas.  There's a lit wraparound boardwalk at the lake with a fountain, and yes, bring your fishing pole because it's fully stocked with various fish!  You're just a short golf cart ride to the beach or dining at the World Famous Pompano Joe's or many other beachfront restaurants and shopping.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower are included!  With so many amenities, this home is perfect to make your next family vacation the best yet! 


VERY IMPORTANT: Should you choose not to opt for the damage waiver, we must hold a security deposit of $1,000. This deposit will be refundable, with a 3% processing fee deducted.
