The huge kitchen will attract everyone who enjoys gathering around for meal preparation! The large island offers seating for 4 along with a Jenn-Air cooktop with griddle. Also included are stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, ice maker, Jenn-Air convection double wall ovens, 2 microwaves, and 2 GE Profile dishwashers. The dining room consists of a table with seating for 9 and a separate breakfast table for 4.

There are 2 guest bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed and private access to the first-floor front porch. Each private bath has a tub/shower combo with tile surround and a single sink vanity. There is a sleeper sofa in the Den.
