The middle bedroom has a bunk bed, double on the bottom and twin on the top, and a daybed with a trundle, also a bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. The den may also use this bathroom with convenient access. The third bedroom is the first-floor primary. It has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/bath combo. The room has access to the wrap-around deck on this floor which also provides access to the backyard swimming pool. There is a den with a wet bar and a fireplace. The den has French doors leading to the first-floor deck and pool area too. The elevator access for the first floor is in the hallway.
The backyard has a wonderful pool with chaise loungers to enjoy the sun and separate covered seating areas. There is an outdoor shower and a gas grill for your convenience.
