You'll notice, after you pass the foyer and enter the house, the spacious living/dining/kitchen area with a large dining table and well-equipped kitchen overlooking the pool area. There is also a comfortable seating area that is anchored by a large flat screen TV. Did we mention the kitchen has dual dishwashers and dual refrigerators?

Open the large sliding doors on a nice sunny day to let in fresh air or take a swim in the pool. On the pool deck, you will also find a large Weber gourmet grill for your entertainment. Head upstairs to the loft and play a friendly game while watching the game on a large mounted television.

You can choose from eleven bedrooms, including two master suites with king-sized bed and mounted TV. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet and an adjacent ensuite. There are four more king-sized bedrooms, two queen-sized bedrooms, and three bedrooms with dual full size beds.

Resort Community

Solterra is a newly-built community that's conveniently located near all the top attractions. There are also tons of restaurants and shopping options. The 5,600 square feet clubhouse, complete with arcade and fitness centre, can be found on the resort grounds. The expansive Solterra pool, with its lazy-river and Cafe Sol Bar & Grill, is behind that. Families and groups of all sizes will have a great time.

Neighborhood

This home is centrally located and just steps from all the action. Walt Disney World, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports are all within 15 minutes.
