The expansive living space will impress you as soon as you enter the home. The open kitchen is perfect for the family chef, as it has stainless steel appliances, a large island, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, a huge table with views to the adjacent pool, and two dishwashers. The living area is adjacent to the kitchen and dining and has a large sectional sofa with a mounted 86-inch flat screen television. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day at the theme parks!

This home boasts a stunning theater with tiered seats and a custom mural on the wall. You'll also find a game room with a custom ’65 Ford Mustang pool, dual massage chairs and a 9' shuffleboard, as well as jukeboxes, foosballs, and three large mounted flatscreens. Did we mention that the converted garage is complete with ping pong and a Hummer racing arcade? There's also a custom-made basketball shooting game, all surrounded by MC Escher inspired wall murals.

You can cool off in the resort-style pool or grill outside on a large outdoor barbecue.

When you are ready to retire for the night, make your way to one of eleven bedrooms. Most have a mounted television and an adjacent ensuite. Remember that the bedroom 11 was converted into the Bond Lounge.

Resort Community

The exclusive community of Encore is conveniently located near all the top attractions. There are also tons of restaurants and shopping options. The resort grounds are well-maintained and feature beach volleyball courts, a bar and restaurant, and cozy seating areas. The HOA has a number of restrictions that prevent access to the Encore waterpark. Jimmy Buffett's Island is a larger and more advanced waterpark that is only a 10-minute drive from the property.

Neighborhood

This home is centrally located and just steps from all the action. Walt Disney World, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports are all within 15 minutes. Irlo Bronson/192 is home to many great shops and restaurants, including Ford's Garage and Carrabba's. Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House and Cracker Barrel can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

This home is stocked with a limited starter set, such as soaps and toilet paper. It is recommended that guests either bring additional items or purchase them after arrival.

Contactless check-in can be done anytime after 4p and checkout before 10a

The property is subject to a strict "no party" policy. Guests must be over 25 years old to register.

If you plan to bring more than 5 cars, please contact us first.

This rental does not include access to the waterpark or transportation (due resort restrictions), but you can still order room service.
