You won't have to think long to discover how this home got its title - The Adventurer. You'll immediately notice the open, professionally designed living/dining/kitchen area with a large dining table, and well-equipped, fully-equipped kitchen. Did we mention that there are two dishwashers and refrigerators in the kitchen? The large flatscreen TV is mounted on the wood-clad walls and is surrounded by comfortable seating that overlooks the pool.

Open the large sliding panels on a nice afternoon and let in fresh air or take a swim in the pool. On the pool deck, you will also find a large gourmet Weber barbecue for your entertainment. Head upstairs to the loft/game room for a friendly pool game on the classic, limited-edition '65 Ford Mustang table or try shuffleboard at the adjacent 9' table.

If the game room upstair isn't enough for you, then you'll want to see what's in our garage. You can compete for high scores in the HUMMER off road racing arcade or the NBA basketball game. Relax in one of the two zero-gravity chairs after all the fun you've had at home and around.

You can choose from eleven bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size mattress and a mounted television. Four other king-size bedrooms, two queen-sized bedrooms, and four bunk beds are available. Flip through the photos to see the unique themes and bedding in each bedroom.

Resort Community

The exclusive community of Encore is conveniently located near all the top attractions. There are also tons of restaurants and shopping options. The resort grounds are well-maintained and feature beach volleyball courts, a bar and restaurant, and cozy seating areas. The HOA has many restrictions that prevent access to the Encore waterpark. Jimmy Buffett's Island is a larger and more advanced waterpark that is only a 10-minute drive from the property.

Neighborhood

This home is centrally located and just steps from all the action. Walt Disney World, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports are all within 10 minutes. Irlo 192/ Bronson offers great shops and restaurants such as Ford's Garage and Carrabba's.

This home is stocked with a limited starter set, such as soaps and toilet paper. It is recommended that guests either bring additional items or purchase them after arrival.

Contactless check-in can be done anytime after 4p and checkout before 10a

The property is subject to a strict "no party" policy. Guests must be over 25 years old to register.

If you plan to bring more than 5 cars, please contact us first.

The pool and spa in the backyard are heated for $40 a day. The pool heat is needed to heat the spa, as they can't be separated.

This rental does not include access to the waterpark or transportation (due resort restrictions), but you can still order room service.
