You'll immediately notice the spacious living/dining/kitchen area, which is furnished with modern furniture and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a large island that makes it easy to prepare meals for large groups. The living room is spacious and features a large, comfortable sofa with a flat-screen TV mounted on an oversized wall. The kitchen is adjacent to a large dining table that has plenty of seating.

Open the large sliding doors on a nice sunny day to let in fresh air or go for a swim in the pool. The large flat screen TV is mounted for your outdoor enjoyment. The entire pool area has been screened so you don't have to worry about mosquitos. If you're looking for entertainment, head over to the garage and challenge someone to a round of pool. Or head upstairs to climb the rock wall as you watch a sporting event on the two mounted televisions located in the National Park themed game room.

You can choose from 8 bedrooms when you are ready to retire for the night. Two King bedrooms are located on the lower level, and six bedrooms with different bed sizes are located upstairs. There is something to please everyone.

Resort Community

The exclusive community of Encore is conveniently located near all the top attractions. There are also tons of restaurants and shopping options. The resort grounds are well-maintained and feature beach volleyball courts, a bar and restaurant, and cozy seating areas. The HOA has several restrictions that prevent access to the Encore waterpark. Jimmy Buffett's Island is a larger and more advanced waterpark that is only a 10-minute drive from the property.

Neighborhood

This home is centrally located and just steps from all the action. Walt Disney World, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports are all within 15 minutes. Irlo Bronson/192 is home to many great shops and restaurants, including Ford's Garage and Carrabba's. Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House and Cracker Barrel can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

All confirmed guests will receive a rental agreement that requires their signature after booking. This agreement can be provided to guests prior to booking if requested.

This home is stocked with a limited starter set, such as soaps and toilet paper. It is recommended that guests either bring additional items or purchase them after arrival.

Contactless check-in can be done anytime after 4p and checkout before 10a

The property is subject to a strict "no party" policy. Guests must be over 25 years old to register.

The HOA will no longer issue overnight passes. Violators will be directly towed by the HOA.

The pool and spa in the backyard are heated for $40 a day. The pool heat is needed to heat the spa, as they can't be separated.

You may be asked to provide a photocopy of your driver's license and credit card at the time of check-in
