Element Vacation Homes invites you to Dreamers Vacation. This stunning home opens to a vast living/dining/kitchen area, boasting a large dining table, a well-equipped kitchen with dual dishwashers and refrigerators, and a cozy seating area with a large flatscreen TV - perfect for game nights, all overlooking the inviting pool area.


Enjoy the outdoors by sliding the large doors open, letting in fresh air, or take a refreshing swim in the pool. Don't forget to check out the outdoor TV in the garden and the charming wooden swing. The game room/loft upstairs offers endless entertainment, including a pool table, Jumbotron, four large TVs and even a climbing wall. If you still want more, head down to the basement for basketball or ping pong.

You can choose from 11 bedrooms, including the master suite, which has a king size bed and a television mounted on the wall. The home has four additional king-size bedrooms, two queen-size bedrooms, as well as a variety of sleeping arrangements, including dual twins and fulls and bunk beds. Resort Community

The exclusive community of Encore is conveniently located near all the top attractions. There are also tons of restaurants and shopping options. The resort grounds are well-maintained and feature beach volleyball courts, a bar and restaurant, and cozy seating areas. The HOA has many restrictions that prevent access to the Encore waterpark. Jimmy Buffett's Island is a larger and more advanced waterpark that is only a 10-minute drive from the property.

Neighborhood

This home is centrally located and just steps from all the action. Walt Disney World, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports are all within 10 minutes. Irlo 192/ Bronson offers great shops and restaurants such as Ford's Garage and Carrabba's.

This home is stocked with a limited starter set, such as soaps and toilet paper. It is recommended that guests either bring additional items or purchase them after arrival.

Contactless check-in can be done anytime after 4p and checkout before 10a

The property is subject to a strict "no party" policy. Guests must be over 25 years old to register.

If you plan to bring more than 5 cars, please contact us first.

The pool and spa in the backyard are heated for $40 a day. The pool heat is needed to heat the spa, as they can't be separated.

This rental does not include access to the waterpark or transportation (due resort restrictions), but you can still order room service.
