This fully furnished 3-bedroom Chalet is situated on 13 private acres with views overlooking Vermont's Green Mountain Range to the west. It is located approximately; 13 miles from the Jay Ski Area, 12 miles from Newport and Lake Mempremagog, 5 miles from the villages of Troy, Westfield or Lowell and 5 miles from VAST snowmobile trails. ATV trails, biking, hunting, hiking and snowshoeing or XC Skiing can be done from the house. Brook trout fishing and additional open land is a short walk from the property.
