Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the reservation, a refund will be issued only if we are able to rebook the property for the same dates.

We offer flexible payment options to make the reservation process convenient for you. You can choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking or opt for a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 30 days before your arrival.

Please note that a cleaning fee of $250.00 and a non-refundable processing fee of $50.00 will be added to the rental rate. In addition, a security deposit of $500.00 is required, which will be refunded within 14 days after your departure, provided there are no damages to the property.
