Discover a family paradise bathed in the sun at Monaco Sands. This newly remodeled home sits directly on the dunes, looking over the beach and pool. There is no waiting in line for an elevator; simply walk out your back door and onto the private beach or the pool area. We provide our guests with daily beach chair setups from March to October.
Monaco Sands is conveniently located less than a mile from the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, award-winning restaurants, beachside bars, golf, family fun centers, and much more! Monaco Sands is surrounded by nature, with a beach on the south and a lake on the north. Cook your steaks or seafood on the BBQ grills located near the front door. Everything you need to renew your senses is right here.
Layout:
Bedroom 1 - King bed with bathroom overlooking the pool and Gulf Of Mexico.
Bedroom 2 - Two full-size beds.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico throughout and has a sleeper sofa that can sleep two. The hallway between the two bedrooms has a 2nd full bathroom.
Access to the unit is easy, as parking is available next to the front door. Walking out the back door leads directly to the pool area and the stairs onto the beach.
Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to get more if needed.
Check-in time is 4 PM (Central)
Check-out time is 10 AM (Central)
Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
We provide four beach chairs with the home. A luxury Beach Chair setup of two chairs and one umbrella is set up daily by the beach vendor from March - October, weather permitting.
This property is in the gated community/resort of Huntington By The Sea and is restricted by the HOA rules and regulations. No pets or animals are allowed on the premises. Failure to follow these rules and regulations may result in fines and eviction.
The laundry room is located on the 2nd level, directly above the home, and accepts credit cards for operating the machines.
Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.
Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.
