Welcome to Vacation Station, Vacation Station is a tropical home that surrounds a heated** swimming pool. It features thoughtful architecture and swaying palm trees. This home is located next to a wooded preserve, which offers a peaceful alternative to most beach homes. Vacation Station features a grill on the first floor near the pool, a spacious living area, a kitchen and open-concept living areas. There are also outdoor games and a billiard table. The private pool is surrounded by a forest reserve, so you can refresh your senses. Vacation Station's backyard is the perfect setting for a small wedding*, or a family experience that will be treasured by all generations. You can either walk or use the golf cart to get to nearby shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and other family activities. There is a large parking area, restrooms, a beach bar and Pompano Joe's famous restaurant. Guests staying in the gated neighborhood can also enjoy the community pool. Home Layout: Sleeps 22 First floor: Sleeps 2 King Room with private bathroom (sleeps 2), Living Room, Kitchen and Half Bathroom. Laundry Room. Second floor: Sleeps 12 King Room with private bath (sleeps 2), King Room with private bathrooms (sleeps 2), Bunk Room with 3 full-size beds (sleeps 6), Bunk Room with Jack and Jill shared bathroom, King Room that also shares Jack and Jill (sleeps 2). Third floor: Sleeps 8 King Room (sleeps 2) and Bunk Room with three full-sized bed (sleeps 6) and Jack and Jill bathroom. For your convenience, we provide a golf cart and four beachchairs. We offer discounts on golf cart rentals and bicycle rentals. The parking pad can hold up to six standard-sized vehicles. You cannot park on the grass or anywhere else in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is strictly prohibited from parking scooters, trailers, oversized cars, RVs, or motorcycles. Some small dogs may be allowed. Please inquire about our pet policy. Any small dog must be approved in writing. High-thread count linens are provided along with a starter set including soaps, detergent, and toiletries. Additional items are the responsibility of the guest. *Check-In – 4 PM (Central) *Check Out – 10 AM (Central) *Weddings/Events: An additional $500.00 event fee will be charged if held on property **The heated pool can be heated from October 1-May 30 for an additional daily charge. To ensure that the heated pool is operational, you must request it at least three days in advance.
