Welcome to Frangista Dunes, Frangista Dunes combines seaside style with modern elegance. Relax under palm trees at the resort-style pool area, which features a cabana and a jetted spa. To explore the local beaches, you can either walk or use the golf cart. Frangista Dunes is located near Frangista Beach. The spa and pool are heated in the cooler months. There is also a private cabana that can be used as a seating area and kitchenette. The house is filled with local seaside art that will inspire your family. You can access the private beach from the home or go to the public beach near Pompano Joe's famous beachfront restaurant and Tiki bar. Home Layout: Sleeps 21 Level 1: King bedroom with a bathroom (sleeps 2) Queen bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) Bunk bedroom with two sets Queen over Queen bunks, and a bathroom (sleeps eight). Half bath and poolside cabana equipped with kitchenette Laundry room. Level 2: Open-concept kitchen with living room and queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) King bedroom (sleeps 2) Hallway bathroom next to the king bedroom. King bedroom with bathroom and Twin over Queen bunk beds (sleeps five). Maximum six vehicles can be parked on the parking pad. There are no boats, buses, trailers, RVs or other large vehicles allowed on the parking pad. Street parking is not permitted. *Weddings/Events: An additional $500.00 fee is required if the event is held on the property. *The pool heater can also be turned on for an additional daily charge. This must be requested at the least three days prior to arrival. Because the pool is heated during summer, it can only be heated between October and May. Daily Beach setup includes 2 beach chairs with umbrella setup. It runs from March 1 through October 31. Four portable beach chairs are also available at the house. *Check-In – 4 PM (Central) *Check Out – 10 AM (Central) We will accept small dogs only if you have given us advance written approval. When booking, please inquire about our pet policy. Frangista Dunes houses no smoking and is strictly prohibited from smoking. No additional charge for 6 persons electric golf cart. This cart can only be used on beaches, not main roads or highways. Driver must be at least 25 years old and have signed a waiver. Spa quality amenities include towels and high thread count hypoallergenic linens. To help you get through the first 24hrs, the starter sets of soaps or paper products are available.
