This great room boasts high ceilings and expansive windows offering a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a wonderful space for relaxing and entertaining large groups with two sitting areas, dining table for ten, and six place bar counter top. The generous kitchen is well equipped with double wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, a Keurig with option for single cup or a pitcher, and stovetop. The living area includes a wet bar with a sink that is perfect for serving refreshing beverages while you soak in the uninterrupted views of the Gulf. There is also a second full size refrigerator and pantry so you can stay comfortably stocked with provisions during your stay.
This beautifully furnished home includes 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms are downstairs with the remaining five located on the second floor. Bedroom #1, the guest master, has a King Bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom #2 downstairs bedroom holds a Queen bed and full bathroom just steps away. Upstairs there is bedroom #3 which is the Master Suite with a King bed and lovely attached bathroom. The Master bathroom includes a jet tub, separate shower and large marble vanity. Bedroom #4 is a large bedroom that also features a King Bed and private vanity and basin with the shared full bath is just steps away. Bedroom #5 includes a King Bed with a Junior bunk and access to the upstairs deck. Bedroom #6 offers gorgeous views of the gulf, access to the upstairs deck and a Queen sized bed while enjoying an attached bath. The large upstairs deck offers incredible views and a great space for sunbathing. Bedroom #6 is a large room that has two Queen beds with a nice sized attached bathroom. The upstairs also features an additional sitting area with a pull out couch and a coffee bar with a small refrigerator.
While there is plenty of room to relax inside this 4,100 square ft Gulf front home, this unique house features a large, covered wrap around porch to relax and take in the view! With a private dune boardwalk to the beach and outside shower, you're just moments away from putting those toes in the water!

This unit rents on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the summer.
During the "off season" there is a 4 night minimum on this property.
WE RENT A YEAR TO THE DATE. IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE THE CURRENT GUEST REFUSES RENTAL FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Great place for our daughters wedding

"This was an awesome place for our daughters wedding. It is very spacious and well stocked for all our needs. The short boardwalk and private beach was exactly what we were looking for. The owners and property management are very nice and easy to communicate with. The only problem we had was the upstairs a/c went out when the girls were getting ready for the wedding. A quick call to the property management and the a/c was fixed in about an hour. Our family's are hoping to get back together and stay here again.
