Banana Cabana 2.0 is a 6,100 square foot, 3 story, 9-bedroom, 9.5-bath Gulf Front house that stretches some 40 feet in the air delivering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Banana Cabana 2.0 is designed to sleep 28 comfortably. Outside the Brazilian hardwood deck is raised 20 feet above sea level and features one of the largest pools on the Gulf Front along with our signature Cabana Bar that seats over 10 people. Next to the Cabana Bar is an outdoor grilling area giving you the ability to grill while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The open area of Banana Cabana 's 2.0 deck is more than large enough for weddings, family reunions etc. Also, on the main deck are two completely covered deck areas so if the sun gets too hot or you want to sit outside during a brief rain shower you can now do it at Banana Cabana 2.0! The pool is a heated free formed pool with a 3 ft shallow area for parents to sit in with young children. The shallow area also features pre-drilled holes for umbrellas to create shade for the parents and young ones. The main body of the pool is 5 feet deep and has pre-drilled holes for a water basketball goal or volleyball net. The pool has been situated so the late afternoon sun is partially blocked by the house thus giving you shade relief.
