A connecting door to the second half of the duplex creates ample space for larger groups or multiple families (when renting both sides) without compromising privacy.

A well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for indoor cooking includes a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, blender and toaster, an additional small bait/seafood refrigerator, along with a wide variety of other small kitchen appliances. Cuisinart 14-Cup Brew Central Programmable Coffeemakers. They require #4 cone shaped paper filters that the guests need to provide. We have also included new Cuisinart 56-Oz 1-HP Blenders on each side.
