Property Description
This charming chalet is located in Shanty Springs and is the perfect place to relax with your family. This chalet is located at 4,000 feet and backs up Grandfather Mountain and Shanty Springs Creek. Enjoy the great hiking and the creek at the back. You can also choose to stay inside and relax in this cozy, family-friendly cabin. The main floor includes the kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook and living room. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room has a cathedral ceiling, rock wood burning fireplace, and flat-screen television. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has been updated with new appliances. You can also cook outside on the charcoal grill, and enjoy s'mores at the fire-pit. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other has bunkbeds with twins on top and a full on bottom. The two bedrooms share a bathroom. Enjoy the use of the highchair, pack n play and two gates. A daily fee of $10.00 per pet is charged for dogs. (maximum 2 dogs) NO AIR CONDITION IN PROPERTY
Location: This Cabin is centrally situated to Boone and Banner Elk, Valle Crucis, Blowing Rock in Foscoe. It is located in a convenient area, just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain and Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. There are many options for winter sports, including Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort and Appalachian Ski Resort. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh air of the mountains, and take a break from the hustle and bustle to go hiking, biking, fishing, and sight-seeing. Other things people enjoy include shopping, antiquing and skiing, mini golfing, ziplining, go-carts and gem mining.
