This beautiful home features three levels of "mountain-modern" living space. It is located in Echota Resorts a gated community that offers amenities. This home is beautifully furnished and comfortable. The main floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room and master bedroom. There is also a large deck. The upscale kitchen features new stainless appliances and granite counter-tops, as well as four counter seats. The living room has a stone gas log fireplace with a tongue-and-groove vaulted ceiling. The master bedroom and bathroom feature a king-size bed, Jacuzzi bathtub, separate glass enclosed rain shower, tiled flooring, large closet, and access to the deck on the main floor. The second bedroom on the first floor has a queen-size bed and an adjacent full bathroom. The deck has seating for guests to enjoy the crisp, clean mountain air. The large bedroom on the upper level has a queen bed, two twin beds, and a bathroom. The lower level has a den/bedroom that has a queen-size bed, and another guest room with 3 bunk beds (6 Twins), as well as a 4th bathroom. (Bunk bedroom is accessed from den/bedroom). The den has a 50-inch TV and games for all to enjoy. The home also includes a full-size washer/dryer, central heat and air conditioning, free high-speed wifi, and HD TVs. The Echota Clubhouse, which has an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness room is less than 100 yards from "Blue Sky Lodge". Absolutely No Smoking or Pets Allowed. Parking is limited to two cars; additional vehicles can park (less 100 yards) in the parking lot of the clubhouse/pool. Winter months are best suited to 4-wheel drive. Amenities include an indoor pool that is open year-round, a hot tub, a fitness center, billiards, and a kitchen/event area for larger gatherings. A series of fishing ponds are located just down the road from this clubhouse. The Echota Nature Conservancy, which has hiking trails along the Watauga river, is a 10-minute walk away from "Blue Sky". The second Echota Clubhouse offers spectacular views of Grandfather Mountain, as well as the surrounding area. The sister community clubhouse has an outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness center along with a pool table, kitchen/event area and a pool table. Location: "Blue Sky", is the ideal location. Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and Valle Crucis are all within a short distance, making it easy for guests to enjoy golf, hiking and biking, white-water rafting, fishing, antiquing and shopping, as well as wineries, local craft beer breweries and skiing.
