This rugged timberframe condo is located in the New Phase at Echota Chakalee. It offers a stunning mountain view including the "Grandfather Mountain". The view can be enjoyed best from the deck or the large picture windows in the open living room and kitchen. The condo is beautifully decorated to complement the custom made kitchen with its granite countertops and hardwood floors, as well as stainless steel appliances and a Keurig. The condo is fully equipped for cooking both inside and outside on a built in gas grill with deck hood. The living room features a cultured stone fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, and a flat screen TV. Wireless internet is available. The master bedroom is spacious and has a queen-sized mattress. The bathroom has been upgraded to ceramic tiles. The hotel has an elevator for the convenience of guests. A twin air mattress as well as a blow-up cot are available to guests. There is no bedding provided. This resort is located centrally between Boone and Banner Elk, in Foscoe. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad and other popular attractions of the High Country are just minutes away. Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns and Appalachian State University can also be found nearby. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort offer winter sports. Beech Mountain Ski Resort, Appalachian Ski Resort and Beech Mountain Ski Resort are other options. Enjoy the fresh air, the slow pace, and the beauty of the mountains. Or, go on an adventure by hiking, biking, sight-seeing, or fishing. Other activities include shopping for antiques or antiquing, skiing, mini-golf, zip-lining and go-carts. Please be aware that smoking is not allowed inside or outside of the condo building, including front and rear decks as well as parking areas, sidewalks and sidewalks. Owners are exempt. In the event of a power failure or equipment malfunction, you may access your unit by stairs. $****4-Wheel Drive is Recommended During Winter Months. **Chalakee Phase is currently under construction.
