Relax and enjoy the magnificent view. This condo is located on Echota Ridge at the top, with just one other building. This condo offers privacy in a community setting. This condo can accommodate up to seven people and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom has bunks (with twins and fulls on the bottom and top) and the third room is an office. The condo has hardwood floors, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The condo also features a cozy fireplace with gas logs and a large deck with sweeping mountain views. Mountain Views are available from the leather sectional couch in the living room, or the master bedroom retreat. The master bedroom features a spacious bathroom that includes double sinks, large tubs and a separate rain shower. The guest bedroom is decorated with a bear theme and fun bunkbeds for children. The last bedroom can be used as an office. However, guests can sleep on a sleeper couch. This unit is non-smoking and does not accept animals. (owners excluded) * A 4-wheel drive is recommended during winter months.
