Description: Sleeps 10 (K, Q, 2Q, BB) The Grand Oaks Floor Plan offers single-level living, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, an elevator, a covered entry, custom kitchen and bathrooms cabinets, open floor plan with cozy gas log fireplace, and large covered concrete patios that offer beautiful views of the mountains. This unique condo in Echota, on the top floor, has a Grandfather Mountain View. It can sleep up 10 people. The condo has a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, and a bunk bed in another. The living room features a queen-size sofa bed that can be used as additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The master bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and double sinks. This resort is located centrally between Boone and Banner Elk, in Foscoe. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad and other popular attractions of the High Country are just minutes away. Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns and Appalachian State University can also be found nearby. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort offer winter sports. Beech Mountain Ski Resort, Appalachian Ski Resort and Beech Mountain Ski Resort are other options. Enjoy the mountains and fresh air. You can also be adventurous by going fishing, biking, hiking or sight-seeing. Other activities include shopping or antiquing, skiing, mini-golf, ziplining, go carts, and gem mining. Please remember that pets and smoking are not allowed. Owners are exempt.
