The gated community sits on 97 acres at an elevation of 4200 ft. Our newly expanded balcony offers a beautiful view of Grandfather Mountain. In just a few moments, you can reach Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. You can also enjoy fishing, hiking, skiing and snow tubing nearby. You can park up to two cars in front and walk straight from your car to our townhouse. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of a home. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a King-size bed, flat-screen television, private bathroom/dressing area, and a seating space where you can enjoy a morning coffee. Two bedrooms with twin beds are located upstairs. Each bedroom has a TV and two twins. The bedrooms have their own bathroom. To ensure privacy, the guest rooms can be separated. The lower level features a large flat-screen TV with smart technology. In this area, you can watch your favorite films. On the lower level is a second master suite with a king-size bed and a seating area. The BIG JACUZZI is located on the lower deck. This Jacuzzi comfortably seats 8 people. You and your friends can enjoy a glass wine while watching snow fall or the changing colors of the trees. The stone fireplace is a focal point in the great room. You can read a good book in front of a fire or watch Smart TV on a 54" flat-screen. WIFI internet access is available. Our dining area can accommodate up to six people.
